I love ultimatums.

The choice is always easy.

ALWAYS sink the boat to kill the captain.

Explain to her what the terms are and ask if she is serious. "If we're not on the road to marriage within the next 6 months, you're calling it off?"

And she'll say yes.

So then you say "ok. We won't be. So I won't wait the 6 months. I break up with you as of now."

And then don't let her win you back. No matter what she says, just keep reminding her that you're now broken up, it's done, she can go f*ck someone tonight if she wants and it won't be cheating. The relationship is done.

The reason you don't let her change sh*t up is because if she was not serious about her terms, it means she was using scare tactics to control you. If she was serious about her terms, she'll accept the decision to quit.

So...have fun, I'm kind of jealous. Sounds like a comfortable breakup.
