I don't think it's going to be the tradies who fail to pay their trucks off based on how much they charge to work on your house.
Can confirm, I am a cubecel with a half ton pickup

Lol goes to show you how little you know about tradies... the only guys DUMB enough to buy new pickups are officels who use them on their commute to and from their cube. Tradies drive 20 year old pontiacs, vans, and of course trucks. None of us are showing up in new trucks unless you're an owner, an apprentice who is trying to flex, or a single dude.

Also, i never keep the long cut in the center console...its always rolling around on my floor or in the cup holder.

Anyone that drives around a $60k-$80k pickup is a cubecel.

I usually see tradies in fleet pickups or 15yr old 3/4 tons

As someone who is on and off different construction sites, this is very true. And all the Superintendents I work with drive old beat up trucks.

If you do see any expensive trucks, it's very likely the Foreman, Construction Manager, or Company owner.

Ford already sold the car to the dealership, so they don't care about repossession, unless financing is done though them. Guessing they will be charging a nice fee to other banks to get their cars back.

True. If you are moving concrete, etc you see guys in cheap trucks.

People who are self employed though that are doing the work themselves sometimes have expensive trucks.
