No, the least costly route would be to act like acivilizednation and try to broker peace instead of pumping the military industrial complex/international money laundering machine.

The next least costly would be to step the fukk aside and cease involvement.

The least costly option of all would have been to never get involved in the first place.

Based on every war in history, a conflict with forces spread thin would be easier to end.

Your first mistake is thinking that Putin would abide by any peace agreement that he doesn't benefit from 100%. How'd that Minsk agreement hold up?

Your second mistake is thinking that Putin would just stop at Ukraine when the words out of his own mouth says otherwise.

And assuming war in Europe breaks out, how does Putin reach a peace aggreement with several countries that doesn't absolutely humiliate him and his country? He wouldnt stand for it, so an agreement would be impossible.

Let me guess, you were one of the ones who believed the Kremlin when they said the U.S. was being "dramatic" and they were NOT planning to invade Ukraine.

You believed them, didn't you?

Your claim is that Russia, without our aid, would somehow invade all of Ukraine and keep on going through the rest of Europe?

You're like that history professor that would talk about how close the Axis came to conquering the world......

You believed Russia when they told the UN that they were not going to invade Ukraine, didnt you?

You thought it was far-fetched, right? They'd never do a thing like that

A lot of right-wingers did on this forum. Even when Russia put military troops on the border days before the invasion. I remember Bluebelt being the biggest culprit.

I know they did

And I bet Dave was one of the ones mocking those who said Russia was going to invade any day now. Didnt believe Russia would invade Ukraine, now doubting that they would invade other countries.
