He wasn’t her teacher, he wasn’t even a teacher. He was a preacher. So first off, if he cheated on his wife and family for an 18 year old I’m fine with locking him up.

I actually think HS works better than "18" as a limit, because the main reason 18 works is that in most countries, everyone is still living under their parents and HS at that age, so culturally, the relationship is taking advantage if one is an adult.

Either Florida has super strict laws regarding authority figures and subordinates engaging in sexy time, or there’s proof he was shredding those walls before she was 18.

My missus was 18 when we met and i was 29. She's now 25 and i'm 35, we have two amazing children, a house and a life together.

Why do you think an 18 year old isn't old enough to consent? There are 18 year olds more mature than some 25 year olds, I didn't even really mature until i became a father. What age do you think a girl can suddenly consent to sex?
