Anyone familiar with witchcraft? Wife swears a neighbor is casting spells on us

Long story short we live in a neighborhood with probably 10 or so houses and some trailers on a different road. We have rotties and a lot of people do not like these dogs and are scared. Our pup got out of our fence last weekend and the cops were called even after a neighbor brought him back. My wife found EGGS today in 3 different places in our yard. They were placed in 3 different places in the yard. Now I'm trying to convince my wife this is random and not witchcraft, she is from Ukraine and swears it is and is ready to unleash hell on these neighbors. Help me misc, what is going on?

If this is really a witch casting spells (which is way more common than you think as wicca is the fastest growing religion) then the second last thing you want to do is to voluntarily bring something they gave you into your house and the absolute last thing you want to do is to eat it.

She threw them back in the yard of the neighbor who she swears did it. Currently buying cameras to setup covering the entire yard. Will call the cops if they are doing this, srs
