I hate most people who drop/slam weights
There are times where it is understandable and acceptable, but for the most part its people being little vaginas.
Its annoying af and most of the time it's btch weight being dropped. For example I was repping 110lb dbs, then would calmly sit up and set the weight down, right next to me were two loud *******s dramatically db pressing 70lbs, and dropping it...

Doesn't bother me too much and i might do it with a max attempt deadlift here or there (not often), but honestly moving big weight then putting it down slowly, and controlled is much more of a flex

Dude, I don't think db pressing 110s and calming sitting upright is the best way to go about not fuking up your chit. I'd rather control drop them at those heavier weights.

People grunting with every rep is worse than dropping weights. Funny thing is it's ALWAYS some bloatlord dreamer bulker doing it. I scan around the room and everyones looking over and cringing at this dude. Idk how someone can lack so much self awareness
