This tells anyone all they need to know about soy consumption.

The real question is, did the soy turn you into a commie marxist ****guete? Or are marxist commie ****guettes naturally drawn to consume soy?

First of all people don't eat "soy" by itself, they make soy milk and tofu. Soy milk is literally just soy beans ground up and boiled. Tofu is just curdled soy milk. Both products have been around for thousands of years. Are bread and cheese and beer also "processed" foods? Lol'd at you dropping "grass fed steak" as if it's some holy beacon of nutrition and high-test, you fuking bro-science 'mario-miami'-tier retard.
Yes, bread, cheese, and beer are processed foods, and a quick look at the making process of these foods, or soy, would quickly convince you not to ever eat any of them ever again,

Re-read carefully your own post, you asked how is soy a processed food, and then, in the very next sentence you described the process, try to grasp that.

Bro you're full of chit. I'd be curious what your diet looks like. You apparently can't eat anything processed so I'm guessing you grow all your own food and eat them raw.

My diet? Pretty much dead animals and green leaves tends to work the best for me personally, along with IF. it’s very convenient and really helps with my genetically crappy blood sugar, I just eat something like steak or salmon with a large salad, once a day, About 2 1/2 to 3000 cal. Everything else I eat very little of,

Soybean oil is one of the worst fats and is very inflammatory. Soy protein is also extremely low quality.

Even if the estrogenic effect isn't real, it's still a terrible food that's not fit for human consumption.
