Meta analysis shows soy doesn't decrease T

Always blows my mind people actually fell for something that wasn't even an article headline, but a MEME. Like I knew people lacked critical thinking skills but it blows my mind to see how many brainlets just regurgitate whatever they find online and accept it as fact without any research. Anyone who took even a second to do any research would know that the whole soy raises estrogen and decreases test was complete bs.

Soy milk goes better with coffee than cow milk for example

Since I'm assuming you don't know what a meta analysis is, a meta analysis is where you just look at the findings from a bunch of studies and statistically add up the findings... You don't look for flaws or biases in how different studies may be set up, only the conclusions. So I could look back at the research findings from big pharma and correctly state that a meta analysis of oxycotin shows that oxycotin is not addictive. Because that's what these pharma studies were showing at the time.... Obviously we now know that the studies were bias and full of chit but that would be a correct meta analysis on oxytocin during that time. Meta analyst doesn't mean much bro.
The research studies themselves are the best guides to factual info. If you look into a study and find out the person preforming the study threw out people with certain side effects to get a desired outcome, you can draw your own conclusions on the accuracy of the study from that. I'd be more interested in looking over the studies used in this meta analysis and looking for flaws and biases one way or another in how the study was performed. Or if there was only like 3 people in a study. What was the control group? Who was funding the study. Stuff like that...

Thought this was common knowledge at this point?
Soy is fine for most people. In fact, it has numerous health properties.
That's not to say it should replace meat, but it's plenty healthy and a decent source of protein.
I quite like edamame, tofu, and tempeh. Silk makes an unsweetened organic soy milk with 8g protein per serving that I use in shakes now and again.
I also usually make my smoothies with 1 scoop whey isolate and 1 scoop soy to switch things up.
There was a vegan YouTube fitness guys that's jacked named Brian Turner and he actually did a 30 day experiment where he ate a literal pound of soy a day for 30 days and tested his testosterone and estrogen before and after and neither were negatively impacted.

The obsession with studies in the recent two decades is quite harmful, it started with athletic failure lyle McDonald and he was trying to fight against bro science, a noble and good cause. But This went too far, a balance between personal experimentation, research done in relevant conditions, and logic and common sense is important. But all you get in the recent 20 years is just some retard saying: “well that’s not true because some absolute retard and a white lab coat got paid to say otherwise”
Use your ****ing brain, Asians eat soy because there aren’t enough cows there, it’s not their first choice, it blocks thyroid function during childhood development, and that’s why asians are smaller and more feminine, it doesn’t take a ****ing genius to figure this out, soy is also a processed food, you cannot be stupid enough to think it can possibly compare to grass fed steak or something.
Educate yourselves, you plebs:

First of all people don't eat "soy" by itself, they make soy milk and tofu. Soy milk is literally just soy beans ground up and boiled. Tofu is just curdled soy milk. Both products have been around for thousands of years. Are bread and cheese and beer also "processed" foods? Lol'd at you dropping "grass fed steak" as if it's some holy beacon of nutrition and high-test, you fuking bro-science 'mario-miami'-tier retard.
