Made it where? I'd be fat as fukk with a giant gut if I weighed that much, even on gear. I rather not have high blood pressure and not run out of breathe running a few miles or doing anything endurance based. (Ded fkn Srs)

6'5" was 280 at my heaviest, strongest, and fattest maybe 10 years ago. I remember walking into a store back then, and the look of fear in someone eyes as they saw me entering. If you're going to be a bouncer or professional football player, then I see the wisdom in being that big, but I much prefer being healthy and am already beyond the average life expectancy of an NFL lineman.

I have finally made but the other way. From 300 lbs to 215. I haven’t seen 215 since high school.
