As someone that lives in Louisiana can't help but lol at some of the roughest ghetto's up North and how much nicer it is then ours.

Their houses are 10X bigger and nicer then the houses in ours slums.

Yes and Irish/Germans built that neighborhood(s).... compared to NOLA hood you m entioned it's a bit different. The blacks in the hoods you are referring to built it themselves (impoverished) so they have always be sh*t.

I will look for some (srs) next week at work. It's a lot more easy to find in Chicago tho because 40% of the city is pretty bad
