If you're this strong on bench what do you think about people that say flat bb bench isn't very good at growing your chest?
How long have you dedicated specifically to getting a strong bench?

But it doesn’t lend itself to strength, which most people are focusing on with bench. Hell I probably can’t hit 315 with an BB style bench form. Also, the rep ranges that are best for strength are not best for growth.
So, if you’re benching to have a high bench, like most, yeah it’s not great for chest development. But it’s a great starter for a hypertrophy chest day.
I’ve been training my bench specifically for strength since I was 13 or 14.
