They’re putting chit in our food. Chemicals/preservatives, seed oils, plastics. I have family photos from the old country and everyone was in shape, if not appearing fit. Today my entire family is overweight, some obese. I’m the only one not fat.

I also know a guy who went to Italy and swore that he felt more energetic eating like chit and not exercising over there than he did coming back home and getting his diet in check with a gym routine.

Go to Italy and look at the portions. As an American I was hungry all of the time.

Most of the food is not even close to being as good as it is here in Italian restaurants (not talking about Olive Garden either)

A perfect illumination for fat ass americans: If you go out for breakfast, you get a main course + toast + drink + hashbrowns.

If you were in italy, you would just get a small pastry... period.

Literally the SMALLEST starbucks size in the USA is bigger than ANY coffee I got while I was in italy. It's a staggering contrast.

Isn't Italian American food actually very different? There was a pretty good scene in the Sopranos when the gang all went to Italy and they were asking "where's the macaroni and gravy?". The Italian Italians were loling hard

Yeah it's not even close to the same lol. the lack of tomato sauce in italy was surprising.... I always thought it was their mainstay.

When I went to Italy, it was the main country in Europe that I visited where I didn't feel like I ever got "full" from a meal. The portions were so much smaller than I was used to.

I'm only 115lb right now but I think if I ate italian food all the time, my weight would be around 170lb srs.

Not necessarily. It is if you buy that dog chit. It’s easily avoidable though. You could find a local organic grass fed farmer for your meat. Farmers markets and other local farms for all of your produce. Local dairy farm to pick up raw organic grass fed milk

I saw a city of what looked like shacks in Italy, I don't remember where, but I think it was near Rome. It looked like it could have been Haiti. Naples is an absolute mess too.
