Anyway, there's no point in worrying about form. Lifts are compound with multiple muscles. If you're lifting at near maximal loads, some muscles are going to be stronger than others and will compensate and form will always break down so why worry about it?

OP have you tried push press? I used to poo on it but now i find it a great way to overload the shoulders and lift heavier loads, specially with controlled negatives
