Strong.

How do you feel about your form? It looked like your elbows might have flared a little too much, but hard to tell from that angle and video.

Anyway, there's no point in worrying about form. Lifts are compound with multiple muscles. If you're lifting at near maximal loads, some muscles are going to be stronger than others and will compensate and form will always break down so why worry about it?
Shoulder and elbow health would be my main concerns.

you really earned that last rep

OP have you tried push press? I used to poo on it but now i find it a great way to overload the shoulders and lift heavier loads, specially with controlled negatives

Got a shave Tuesday. Dunno if I'll keep it bald or go back to getting a fade.

For my lower weights it's way easier, but this I couldn't keep them in on this weight.

Hell yeah. I only needed the one rep, but I really, really wanted to hit two. On 5/3/1 and don't like hitting the exact number I need to hit on the AMRAP set.

Not in years. I feel like it would be harder to measure progress since so much of it is momentum. Will probably give them a shot when I stop 5/3/1.

Any moron can use momentum like this to her a weight overhead, it really isn't impressive. When you use such momentum you probably only need to be able to squat the weight to get it overhead.
