I understand the consequences of filling an offical complain. But as I see it, she needs to be put to stop and what she does highlighted before she does a 180 degrees in case she couldn't accept and start making sh!t up, if you know what I mean.

On several occasions I dropped that I am engaged now and that I have all my weekends busy..etc but she keeps on pushing as if I said nothing

I think the first step would be communicating with the person directly rather than going to HR, like mentioning that discussing sex isn't appropriate without being too standoffish about it

If it's just work, I'd ignore her. What I mean is like if she's just doing it at work and not following you home and chit

I think going to hr is a risk cause if she just says she wasn't and you're being weird.. maybe that cancels each other out? Or maybe now you get chit. He said vs. She said

Unless you have good physical proof, I think going to hr just might make your life harder
