Easily preventable, there are massive hormonal swings during and after pregnancy, some absolutely critical hormones change by 90% postpartum, so it’s critical to supplement with pregnancy and breastfeeding safe vitamins and minerals, in pregnancy-safe amounts, as well as having a correct healthy diet before during and after pregnancy, combined with lifting, cardio and fresh air daily, as exercise plays a key role in mood improvement.
It’s critical not to get fat during pregnancy, which is bad for both the woman and the child, and makes labor painful and lengthy. A pregnant woman should look absolutely exactly the same in every single way just with a basketball belly, she should absolutely not gain an ounce of fat anywhere else. And Not lose muscle.
Supplement-wise the biggest weapons will be vitamin D, magnesium, and Ashwagandha, which do a nice job to prevent any depression, as far as diet goes that’s obvious: no sugar, high protein, low carb, everything organic, all the obvious stuff.
There are some sources that recommend against Ashwagandha during pregnancy and breast-feeding, that is absolute horse****, but everyone universally agrees and there is peer reviewed data now that vitamin D during and after pregnancy should be at least at 4000 IU, which is literally 10x what an average person gets, no wonder people are depressed.

The human female sloot realizes that having ejected a larger than a BBC sized human child, her qualities in attracting future males has decreased irreversibly as her physical vaginal form has been stretched beyond repair and so her emotions reflect this jew reality.

if the above steps are followed, five months after the baby is born the woman’s pussy will be more tight than before pregnancy as the pelvic floor, the so-called diastasis recti, and all the little muscles down there aggressively recover and repair.
There is a great YouTube channel glow body PT, that lady has like four or five gorgeous kids, and looks absolutely stunning, she will show tons of exercises to tighten a pussay, she freaking has muscles on her pregnant belly, I’ve never seen anything like that.

Now, if you are overweight, gaining additional bodyfat has the exact opposite effect.

I wonder if there is a direct relationship between PPD and how you are affected by the monthly hormonal swing. Maybe a little bit to do with immune function and how your specific genes/biome lines up with the baby's.

If you go for an OB check up with your wife or girlfriend, you will see 99% of the women as well as the hospital Staff are obese, no wonder there are issues during and after pregnancy with the woman and with children.
Remember, diabetes is a disease of being fat, that’s what it is, it’s eating sugar as well as high carbs, if you don’t do those things - no gestational diabetes.

More accurate to say that diabetes is a disease of excessive sugars which the body doesn't have the ability to manage well.
I was fat and fatter when pregnant and no gestational diabetes. A lot had to be water retention though. Swollen feet and ankles, and I dropped like 35+ pounds after delivery.

Its the same with babies dude, a healthy baby is kind of chunky. Theres a line between healthy thick and fat, but to say a woman shouldn't put on an ounce of fat is pretty retarded. There are probably some who dont, and too many who go too far and get fat, gross fat, but you can't expect a pregnant womans diet to be SOO perfect that the baby gets everything it needs to thrive, the womans body gets everything it needs to thrive and grow the baby, and she doesn't have any surplus of calories.gaining weight during pregnancy is because of the belly, not because the woman is supposed to get cottage cheese on her thighs, that’s not the same thing.

Its a nutritional defienecy
More proof your diet effects mental health.
Ask any pregnant women they say they will crave live, meat or fish.
When your pregnant your body sends its nutrients to the baby. Leaving you malnourished.
This has great effects on mental.state if your a rypical western grain and sugar eater.
Modern medicine has given this a name called post partim depressjon and decided to treat it with pills and diet.
Another scam.

It's craziness caused by fluctuating hormones. Preventable? Idk.

You see...when you have a tiny human inside you there is all sorts of attention and special treatment given to you. Once that tiny human exits you all the attention and special treatment now shifts to the tiny human. This can be very unsettling for the woman who needs a way to steal the attention and special treatment back in her favor.

I hardly know much about it but I do know that if you go on reddit relationship help or dead bedrooms, a lot of the men sharing their "sex disappeared" stories mention it.
