Do you think any of the recording equipment can be salvaged? I'm sure some kind of forensic data specialist could piece together the memory chip on the Go Pro/phones etc. I'm sure they recorded a lot. Hopefully the ROV can just scoop up the entire debris field and bring it back.
No mentions of what's left of the bodies? Should be some bones knocking about at least. Fractured skulls etc

If it happens at depth, it's like a bomb going off at something like 2200 feet per second. Whole thing would have been vaporized in 20 milliseconds.

This is the most preposterous thing I've seen in some time and that's saying something in clown world. Part of me would find it more believable if you told me they never intended on resurfacing.
