You probably never not worked and been retired for 10+ years so you can't really say what you'd be doing with any perspective. Maybe check back with me when you're 80 or 85 years old and have been retired for 10 years...bet you'll settle into a routine that isn't going somewhere all the time like many think all of retirement will be like.

bumming out for a few years in your 20s in NOT being retired for 10+ straight years. Check back with me when you get there.

Do whatever you want with it. You get your $75k and aren't required to work anywhere. Paint wooden birdhouses to sell at the flea market if you want.

If you love it...do it. Just don't cross that line between passion/love and grinding yourself into a graveyard.

I make a bit more than that after tax working 40 hours (thanks Aus)

Would take 75k in a heartbeat. move to non-low tax area. invest with some common sense and live comfortably.

75k no brainer

move to a country with a cheaper COL than the US. Somewhere like Poland, Serbia, maybe even Spain, and live like a king.
