I refuse to use suncreen and maintain that it is a huge scam.

If anything spraying a bunch of chemicals on your skin and letting it roast in the sun is giving you all cancer!

Probably the Oldest Miscer checking in, I was an adult before the Internet lol

I get compliments all the time that I look hella young.

It’s all About low carb, collagen supplementation, exercise, fresh air, sleep, water, organic food, vitamins and various mineral and herbal supplements, olive oil, avocado, rare red meat, salmon, no sugar or processed food, no bread or other garbage like that, and not laying around in the sun.

Is a combination of topical oils/moisturizers combined with eating the right foods/supplements essential?

I've been looking into different natural creams/oils, collagen supps, and even a red light laser mask.

I take pride that I'm constantly mistaken for being much younger than my age, most of my similar aged friends are starting to look very old now! Genetics no doubt plays a part but hopefully I'm doing all the right things to slow down the ageing.
I don't do drugs, drink alcohol much, smoke or eat crap food and I workout hard most days with free weights and get a decent amount of protein in me. Oh, I never let myself get stressed out!

Get told I look 26, instead of 36 often... although I used to be an everyday drinker for almost a decade. Probably 90% genetics. Feels good losing the alcohol gut this year as well (lost 22 lbs in a matter of 3+ months)
this. I don't know how you ppl feel calling yourselves oldcells, to me you are all youngsters. But, if you want to know, staying in the same weight through years does it. People who you did not see for decades will be shocked how you look frozen in time. Letting youself go and then shaping up is not helping, skin gets streched and when you lose weight you get wrinkles.

Also cardio. Run and you will get rosecheek look like a piglet.

I wake up smiling.

I enjoy everything.

I train my body because I want to do it, not because I have to do it.

I focus on what I can control and never dwell on what I cannot change.

I laugh a lot and cry a lot.

I love my family and friends.

I sleep well and have good dreams.

and last but not least, I misc.

Use brotein and fat? But you can eat carbs obviously depending on your personal tolerance, needs and preference. Just the typical 400g per day of carbs is likely to become a major issue as you get older. You don’t have the insulin nor the activity to use that up anymore.
