Are there videos that show you how to scrub the VIN, change the plates, sell it without getting caught, etc?

I left that out because I honestly didnt believe anyone would think the builder of the home, say 25 years ago should be sued today because the 3rd home owner had a burglary...but here we are.

you left it out but it was the logical thing. Why on earth would it be the home owner?

If the builder did something against code or stupid, yes it would be them. Doesn't matter when its found out. If they mess up and an apartment building collapses 25 years later, it's on them.

You just moved the goalpost and changed the narrative to one of where the builder is responsible for a badly built structure collapsing onto people, which no one disagrees with, instead of directly answering my 2 questions?

1) Should cities sue home builders of 25 year old homes if the 3rd owner of the home suffers a burglary?

2) If car manufactures should be responsible for their locked cars getting stolen, then who should be responsible for unlocked cars getting stolen?

Leftists are soft on crime, thieves in Chicago pretty much get a slap on the wrist. Crime skyrockets, businesses leave, and activists and politicians blame it on racism, Auto Thefts skyrocket, leftists and politicians blame the companies who make the vehicles.....

I actually got a ticket (warning) in the northern suburbs or Chicago years ago for leaving my GPS in plain sight when I parked over night in a hotel parking lot. It said I was inviting crime.

Why does the mayor of a city get to sue for this at all? Seems to me, if anyone should get to sue, it would be the owner of the car. Also, if the mayor cashes in, maybe he should go after some reparations from Honda next for making the most stolen car of all time...the Civic. If ya gonna go clown world, go all the way...

These leftist cities have above average crime. A car company that sells cars across the nation, and world, shouldn't have to alter their entire production and business just for one or two cities that can't control their crime. We call this "backwards logic".
