Look at Bernie Sanders.. He had a shocking amount of support, and I've heard libs say more than once that they liked him because he wasn't a part of the establishment. Right.. 50yrs in politics, never had a job outside of government, but he was an outlier lol.

Then when he bent over for Hillary, they all just rolled over for her because Bernie did.

Also, he also didn't just roll over for Hilary, he made it as far as he did in spite of the Democratic party trying to hamstring him every step of the way for their chosen candidate.

Sanders endorses Clinton, reversing everything he’s said about ‘Wall Street candidate’
1 – “Are you qualified to be President of the United States when you’re raising millions of dollars from Wall Street whose greed, recklessness and illegal behavior helped to destroy our economy?” – Philadelphia rally, April 2016.
2 – “I proudly stood with the workers. Secretary Clinton stood with the big money interests” – Youngstown, Ohio March 14
3 – “Do I have a problem, when a sitting Secretary of State and a Foundation ran by her husband collects many millions of dollars from foreign governments, governments which are dictatorship… um yeah, do I have a problem with that? Yeah I do.”
5 – “Well, I don't think Hillary Clinton can lead a political revolution...
But then....
"I have come here to make it as clear as possible why I am endorsing Hillary Clinton and why she must become our next president,"

They are too easily manipulated by media, big tech, and liberal education system during the time when theyre young and dumb. By the time they’re 30 and they don’t realize how the real world works and they still support liberal policies, there is no more hope for them and that’s when they become a libcuck for life.

As for the rest, bullsht. “Conservatives” silo themselves into Fox and Tucker and sht I’ve never even heard of. The Supreme Court right now is 100% driven by pure partisan ideology from 5/9 members and Trumpers are PROUD of that. Just about the only thing you might call “controlled” by liberals atm is higher education - but getting an education around people from around the country/world and listening to people with ideas you didn’t grow up with has ALWAYS made people more “liberal.”

This is just by listening to him, unless you think the media controls what he's saying, which wouldn't even surprise me at this point.

Bernie had just spent the better part of 2-3 years on the rampage about Hillary and corporate money in politics. Built his entire campaign around it, and that was why his lemmings supported him.

Fear-driven gun control
COVID
Ukraine
Climate Change
Liberals are pretty consistent with supporting all of these Gov/MSM sponsored issues. In fact, if you ask a Liberal why they hate Trump, you're 95% likely to get a regurgitation of media slander campaign talking points.
I've met people that didn't like Trump for well articulated reasonsbut they weren't Liberal, so it made sense why they could provide an educated answer.

It's impossible. I saw a video of a hardcore liberal who when presented with facts basically said he didn't care about the facts; what he felt was all that mattered.

Fck Trump. Seriously - fck the guy.
BLM was a stupid hashtag that was (1) used to grift or, (2) make people feel good about themselves without actually having to do anything. And it’s a dead movement. I understand why people like you want to never let it go though because it wasn’t a great moment.
Proud gun owner, do think we should have gun laws, buy ones that actually make sense and would do things. We also have to have a difficult discussion about where most gun violence occurred, and it won’t be pretty. (See BLM ironically).
COVID is real and we needed to act with pretty serious caution initially. The lockdowns and relief programs went on/going on still for too long. Much of what it was became an excuse to address issues that we know are a problem (like people affording rent) and COVID became an excuse to tackle them - but it’s very unproductive to just slap a bandage on the problems.
Fck Russia. Ukraine wants to be a Western Democracy and they asked for our help from a very nasty country. Anyone who doesn’t see that is … I have no words. I didn’t need the media to tell me that either. It’s actually the very opposite. For the first few weeks of the invasion almost everyone - including FOX - was like “wtf Russia.” Then the marching orders came in from somewhere and it only took a few weeks for people like you to fall in line.
Climate change is real and we are causing it. It’s probably the greatest challenge we face as a species and we are losing. It’s one of the reasons I get so tired of fighting over .001% of the populations genitals. We have bigger issues.
There - square that with your bullsht hate-filled and siloed ideology.

Trump literally admitted why he calls the media fake news... and it's not because they're lying about him or "fake".
Stahl said she and her boss met with Trump at his office in Trump Tower in Manhattan after the 2016 election in advance of a recorded sit-down interview for “60 Minutes.
“At one point, he started to attack the press,” Stahl said. “There were no cameras in there.”
“I said, ‘You know, this is getting tired. Why are you doing it over and over? It’s boring and it’s time to end that. You know, you’ve won ... why do you keep hammering at this?’” Stahl recalled.
“And he said: ‘You know why I do it? I do it to discredit you all and demean you all so that when you write negative stories about me no one will believe you.’”

People who aren't brainwashed see the scams as they unfold, and they react accordingly. But brainwashed people (mostly Liberals) download a plaethora of manufactured emotional trauma and talking points so they can become heralds of whatever new BS the government/MSM comes up with.
I hope that makes sense. That's why it's hilarious watching events unfold every year, and Liberals being neck deep in whatever propaganda is trending.

Those are my views. My own. They evolve but I never supported BLM, I felt that way about COVID in real time, and I’ve owned a gun/s for a decade or more.
I didn’t need anyone to tell me Ukraine is the good guy, to understand climate change is real and a huge threat, and because I don’t buy magic beans or snake oil I’ve always hated Trump.
Deal with it.

I hope that makes sense. That's why it's hilarious watching events unfold every year, and Liberals being neck deep in whatever propaganda is trending.
Btw, you're still an NPC, your post solidified that.

The left can lob the same complaint at the right for doing the equal and opposite reaction. The conservative default position is that nothing should change, even when things probablyshouldchange in their own best interest in light of long-standing problems or a rapidly or even slowly moving threat. Climate change is a good example of this. The science has already crystallized around the trend and the cause, it's not just emotional knee-jerk responses like you claim. You're buying propaganda from big business, particularly oil companies, that don't want to lose their cash cow if significant legislation was put in place to address the actual root of climate change.
Also, if conservatives were right about the danger of the state using these "in the moment" issues to expand government control, why do we still have rights coming out of the pandemic? Mask mandates went away, no one is locked down, and vaccines are optional. Weird, it's almost like they were trying to protect the populace during a public health emergency and not a deranged plot that existed only in conservative heads.

You won’t I know. But there it is anyways.

Climate Change - We are arguably in the latter half of an interglacial period that exists between the last ice age and the next one. The Eemian, the previous interglacial period that ended ~115,000 years ago was much warmer than it is today (even up in Greenland). We are due to get warmer too. That's part of the Earth's natural freeze-thaw cycle.
Climate Change cheerleaders also think the melting glaciers in places like the Alps and Cascades are proof we are destroying the world. They melted out a long time ago and came back during the last mini Ice Age a few hundred years ago.
Humans may be exasterbating the natural process but we're certainly not the main driver.
With Climate Change, there is also the concern that special interests are manipulating "The Science" the same way they did with COVID. And this is especially important when it comes to "scientific data" being used for climate change fear campaigns directed at the public. People won't learn though, hence the concern in this thread.
COVID - it's hilarious you put so much faith in the government acting solely on good intentions. I guess that's why they needed anti-wrong think protections on social media and telling people they can't catch or spread COVID if they're vaccinated (which was false).
Money makes the world go round, Big Pharma is Washington's biggest lobbyist group. There is a revolving door between the FDA and Big Pharma. It would be naive to assume there wasn't any ill-intent going through the minds in Washington.
Thanks for participating in this thread, I always enjoy when new government/MSM speskerboxes come out of the wood work to regurgitate propaganda on the Misc.

The other issue is that even if the US drops to zero emissions, we change nothing because china and india are still pumping fossil fuels into the atmosphere. We can't cripple our own economy and not lead to any measurable environmental impact. The other issue is that those who believe climate change is the main issue are also the ones that fail to acknowledge what it would mean to not use fossil fuels... they don't want the US digging for lithium and other items needed for "clean" energy. So we buy it from China who is abusing the environment and human rights all over the world?
That's not to say we shouldn't be moving toward cleaner energy. I think we can all agree on that. But we need to have a reasonable phase out period, we need to be able to utilize our own natural resources, we cannot bankrupt ourselves while enriching china and others, and we need to hold other nations accountable (the real offenders).
