How did Scandinavians end up being so left wing/progressives?

How is it they have no conservative inclinations at all?

Yes this is a very important distinction, there's liberal progressive and there's brainwashed and braindead US liberal progressive. Pretty much can say the same about conservatism too but arguably not as extreme.

They have a strong sense of community and mutual support, so the hyper-individualistic "fuk you I got mine" mentality that the US has is largely absent. They also don't bootlick the rich and direct all their anger to people poorer than them like yanks do. That said they are quite capitalist and pro-business, just have very robust public services, social safety nets etc to ensure everyone has at least a decent standard of living. And it works incredibly well for them

What is the testosterone level on average in Scandinavian countries? Maybe eurocucks have already been chemically castrated by food and water, or perhaps lack of vitamin D? Due to cold climate?

I think Scandinavian countries have had a tough history with the cold/harsh weather, frequent wars, and generally trying to scrape a living with few resources. Coupled with a homogenous culture/people, it was convenient for people to accept a welfare state where the government would look after everyone. And generally, when you are looked after and you know there is a safety net, you tend to lose the "fighting spirit" or survival drive.

It has 'worked' for them so far because you're talking about an extremely homogeneous population of well educated people that are intelligent, hard working, and don't commit a lot of crimes.

Mass migration will cause major issues with Scandinavian culture/nations.

It's a way more conservative type of Protestantism in the US.

Catholics are split among racial lines. White Catholics vote conservative and Hispanic/other minorities vote left.

I asked my Grandmother this a while ago since my great grandparents came from sweden and she visited family in Sweden every year up until around 2010 or so.

She said it used to be the safest country. No one locked their doors, they left their windows open, they leave their kids in strollers outside of restaurants and stores in the cold while they go inside, etc. It was a different world up until seeming the past 2 decades.

Her thoughts are that it was a mixture of propaganda pushing the excessive progressivism, the general high trust and openness of Scandinavians, and the push against a lot of conserving culture that wrecked the general community and trust of Sweden. Then add in the immigrants and it was a recipe for disaster.

It's definitely a very in depth discussion because so much stuff was happening, but Swedes especially are way too high trusting people and just wanting to get along that it was taken advantage of. The war torn immigrants destroyed the safety aspect, it took away their cultural identity in a lot of ways, and now they're in a weird state of comfort purgatory.

Social safety net is always better than dog eat dog unfettered capitalism, or worse, crony capitalism. For social safety net to work, you need an intact social contract. Social contract is largely intact in Scandinavia. It’s easier keep the social contract intact if you have a small, homogenous, almost tribal, highly educated and evolved society. Humans tend to care more about humans that look and speak like them. We are more trusting of them and tend to help them more. It’s not racist to admit that.
