Well yes and no...You see even before I decided I wanted a filipina wife 2 years ago I moved to the most filipino place in the USA, a small one city island of Hawaii. its 70% filipino here and 10% japanese and 10% white, 10% native and other...

its basically like living in the province here....its not like the mainland...they speak several filipino languages here...I work with 80% filipinos in a Japanese restaurant I am sushi chef.

All I can say is good luck, because you're definitely going to need it. I've been married to a Polynesian for 29 years as of this coming Saturday. I lived there (Tuvalu) for 2 years before we got married and we lived there together for a year before we moved back to the US, and the culture shock for her was pretty bad.
