Covid hospitalizations as a term is a lie. The most generous description would be a "half lie." More like 95% a lie if we want to put a number on it. Nearly everyone with the virus in the hospital isn't there because of the virus. If the term wasn't a lie most hospitals would be almost at capacity already, but that's nowhere near the case.

Don't bother testing, including kids. Got sniffles - go on about your day. Got a fever - stay home. It's that simple.
