bro’s who lift protein consumption
how much you consume a day? 1g per lb bodyweight? I still remember the days of companies saying 1.5g per body weight. I’m currently consuming 200g a day at 6’1 250ish and I think it might be over kill.

I've made good progress keeping it around 1g per pound of lean mass. I don't really count my protein anymore but try to eat a couple pounds of red meat a day. Still getting bigger and getting stronger.

focus on nutritious calories and you'll soon realize the breakdown of macros means almost nothing

220-230 grams/day at my bodyweight.
6'5" 210 lbs, 10.9% body fat
Disagree with me, fine; but before calling me a fraudster click: https://forum.obnoxiousbrutes.com/showthread.php?t=185252663
Bodily exercise profits a little, but godliness is profitable unto all things.

1 g / lb of lean bodyweight is probably reasonable UPPER bound... you're not going to deflate if you get less.

1gr per LEAN body weight, not total body weight.
I'm not blessed with riches, but I am rich with blessings.
Thank you, LORD, my God.

I also aim for about 200g a day. I tried the whole "you don't need that much protein lolol" thing and found I build more muscle when I eat more
