ideally you want to adjust it so you dont workout at all and lose weight. Once you do this for a month or so start adding in workouts slowly. By workouts I mean super simple stuff like walking around and such. if your weight loss slows down then eat slightly more calories to adjust for the workouts.

If you want to add a lot more workouts, add them in slowly and keep adjusting your calories upward to account for them.

if you throw everything at it all at once there are way too many variables and it ends up starving and working your ass off for no results.

You can say I am full of **** all day but i was a professional weight loss consultant for over 7 years so i have a bit of knowledge.
