Arnold's PRs in Bench, DL & Squat
From the Pat McAfee Show:
"My best bench press was 525, my best deadlift was 710, and my best squat was 610," he said. "So those were my lifts then, but I have to say they are not at all great compared to what some of the bodybuilders and lifters are doing today, I can tell you that, because today there's guys that are squatting with 700, 800 pounds and there's guys that bench press 600 pounds."

A democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch. And that's why the USA is a constitutional republic and not a democracy.

Anyway, Arnold most likely told numerous tall tales to make himself appear larger than life, saying **** like how he worked out for 4-6hrs a day, six days a week, and that he just did the smallest amount of "cell-tech" possible.

As a teen reading it, you're blown away.

Don't have heroes; look up to no one. Because as long as someone's leading the way, the best you'll ever be is second.
