Ah, the ol' "So, are you still single? You are? Why do you choose to be lonely and miserable?" routine. Classic asssshole move on their end.
Older people are super bluepilled cuz back in their time you really only had to go up and ask them out lol. can’t blame them they come from a different time.

I basically have to keep everything 100% a secret from here on out even in the event I do have something good going.

They used to hassle me about it around the time my brother got married & had kids. I guess the topic was completely out of their minds until my brother got hitched. Their nagging never really pushed me into anything, so I think they just threw in the towel and just stay focused on the grandchildren they do have. I'm sure they have written off that I will ever get married and have kids, though.

I'm kind of in the same boat as southeastbeast in that I'm nervous when I do eventually get involved my socially stunted parents will drop obvious hints that they have been waiting for a looong time. Maybe I should marry a foreign woman and move to her home country and disappear so I don't have to chance it with them. lol.

I've told my mom that I dont want children. Is just not for me.

So what if I am 35. what's my age have to do being in relationship or having kids? Why is it not normal to be single and childless when you are 35... just because society said that you should doesn't mean is for everyone.
