I don't think I have ever seen broth that looked good in a photograph before. definitely not that good - just the right amount of shimmer from the grease

I give it 13/13

It needs to be raw broski so when you drop it in the hot delicious broth, the heat cooks it to a perfect rare in a few minutes.

10/10, you know it’s right when the broth looks right. Is there tendon under there? My favorite part.

Something I learned a few years back. Don’t throw sauces into the broth. Dip the meat in them separately. Totally different experience. The broth is not to be fuked with.
