Well it's an anytime fitness. Not exactly a hard thing to do there.

Eventually I could get there. I was hoping to get to 545 this month but this was kinda slow so I'm not sure.

I'll give it a shot in like 2 weeks. Need to start doing some mobility stuff for it cause my front rack sucks right now.

I like the single leg stuff. Bulgarian split squats seem to help my actual squat. What was your best squat?

Yes they do stare lol. I'm always considering joining a powerlifting gym but don't wanna pay a lot. It would be cool to lift around people that are stronger than me.

Highly highly recommend, its now a staple before squats/deads for me
So I tried everything today and my right hip was still in pain. I might have to just give up squatting. It’s in bad just squatting the bar. Feels bad man.

Hey buddy. Just to play devils advocate, why even squat? Would you be able to do other exercises to build leg muscle instead?

Because I’ve always had difficulty getting my squat up. It’s always been lagging behind. I should just give it up honestly. Might be best.
