I do what you do but apparently way better. You have been thoroughly trounced in this discussion for over 1 page now. Yes, it is irrelevant, because I never said the summary judgment amount is right or wrong, I only emphasized that Giuliani was indeed liable for damages. It is funny you are now trying to backtrack on what you originally said.

I wonder the makeup of the jury... oh yeah, 8 Washington DC residents. Surely they were unbiased.
In the future, don't make a claim and then try to cry about "relevant topic." I'm responding to something YOU claimed.

I have pity for your clients. Congratulations for being Attorney of the Decade though. I'm sure the paralegals at the office give you a golf clap every morning.

Go google what "summary judgment" means and report back to the class.

I don’t need to. Thanks for admitting you are dependent on Google though, fraud. Maybe you should Google “liability” while you are starting out in your educational course.

Next.
I'll do it for you:

In law, a summary judgment, also referred to as judgment as a matter of law or summary disposition, is a judgment entered by a court for one party and against another party summarily, i.e., without a full trial.

The word you were looking for was "verdict."

Even a 1L knows the difference.

Pathetic.

Did you ever figure out what liability means? A non-college graduate would even know but it continues to confuse you.

You are literally too stupid to insult.

He's liable for the harm he caused, nothing more. I've never stated otherwise.

What harm did he cause?

This is a lunatic DC judge, which they very obviously shopped for. There's no other reason to hold a case about a Georgia election in DC. Look into this judge's past rulings and you'll see a history of sheer insanity.

She decided Rudy doesn't get a jury trial, and that he loses by default because he failed to produce evidence of his guilt via records that were confiscated by the FBI. And just like the AJ trial she went full retard with a ridiculous sum.

Such is the state of the American justice system in Joe Biden's America.

Are you really that dumb?

If I drive over your property with a bulldozer, I am liable for the harm that I caused.

If no harm was caused, I owe you no money.

Do you disagree?

You do know that liability doesn't imply damages, right?

Interesting, the same bald mongoloid that supported the Supreme Court of the United States possibly overturning state election laws (Texas v. Pennsylvania) now thinks lawsuits involving a federal election is strictly a state issue.

I'll say it for you real slowly.

Trump's

own

attorney

already

admitted

there

were

damages.

I probably still stated that too quickly for your cognitive abilities. Watching you continue to try to argue something that even Rudy's own attorney wasn't denying is hilarious. You should probably lay off the dope.

Everything you’ve said has been irrelevant. You keep trying to defend a guy who didn’t even bother defending himself. That’s quite the achievement. But your ability to continue to dig is commendable.

Most defendants don't take the stand, dumbass. That doesn't mean they should all pay $148M.

I'm not defending Rudy, I'm attacking the injustice of a ridiculous and unsupported verdict. A number (which you hilariously called a "summary judgment award") which you still can not defend.

You dug your own hole with the first post I responded to trying to make Rudy G out to be a victim and blaming the jury/plaintiffs. You keep throwing out $148 million like I give a fuk when I said from the beginning he’s liable but the number can be debated.

In the future, you should try to develop a coherent consistent argument in your posts. You depend on strawmans, ad hoc fallacies, and even contradict yourself. Quite a *weak* performance from attorney of the decade.

Oh no, I made a rare grammatical error typing on my phone. When are you planning on fixing all the phuckups you’ve made in this thread? Claiming you were the top lawyer at your firm for the majority of a decade was classic comedy.

How did they come up w/ the $148 million number and not something like $500 billion if they're just picking a random large number for a political persecution?

To be fair studying law in a place where the law changes every few weeks when a new warlord takes over is a little different

You’ve been striking out your entire life, Jizzel. Shilling for a country that would have probably given you the Vasily Blokhin treatment because of your uselessness must be a rough existence. 😂

I imagine the "law" there is whoever has the biggest stick wins. All of Smooth Brain Phil's posts are always angry crying because he's suffering from CTE.
