been taking fish oil for many years and it helps me, one time when I ran out for couple weeks I could really tell the difference from not taking it
then like 2 years ago I also added taking beef gelatin powder and it really seems to work for me too, now my joints usually feel better than ever plus helps with skin glow and nails, hair etc, highly recommend beef gelatin

best think I have taken is chicken collagen powder for long-term joint health.

but I guess if you want something stronger and probably faster in terms of results, a shot of BPC-157 and TB-500.

There are really only a couple of supplements that actually 'work'. Pre workouts and creatine mono. If its not a pharmaceutical pill or something you're injecting. It probably won't work.

Of course the multi billion dollar supplement industry and the influencers that are shilling products don't want to tell people this. But its the truth.

And for some strange reason people would rather drop a few hundo a month on a supplement that may or may not produce results. Then just use a pharmaceutical grade substance that will definitely work.

This. Fish oil is about the only supplement that I've taken that seems to help joints. Anecdotal, but it seems to be doing something.

I've never had any joint pain/issues so I'm not sure what would be best. I do take krill oil daily and have been for years.

is your deca pharma? 100mg of ug probably isn't high enough to notice much from it. i'd do 250 of a ug lab for therapeutic purposes. hmm, where do you suspect there's inflammation due to it? the site youre pinning it or systemically?

deca is tons of fun. adds a thickness to you that no other compound will. also, the strongest i've ever been was while blasting high doses of deca.

Nice. Is it true you have to run it around 12 weeks to see the full gains?

deca takes a good long while to kick in

i'd run it 16 weeks minimum as it will take about 4 weeks to start working its magic unless you frontload it but i wouldn't suggest that approach

I noticed I would be inflamed immediately after the shots with nando but not the ones with creatine alone so I'm going to stop taking nando for a bit and see if the inflammation also stops.

As far as sites go, IM is regular inflammation but subq inflammation is so bad that my grip strength is literally cut in half.
50ml!? you mean .5ml and .25ml?

thats strange, havent heard of anyone having a reaction like that to shots of deca to include myself

youre pinning deca subq? i'd only shoot my test subq but honestly if youre only pinning a couple ccs a week you might as well just take both shots IM in your glute or ventroglutes

You don't have to be a roidtranny anymore, your natty hormones are part of an equequilibrium developed over millions of years intended for you personally right now at this very moment. Trt is unnecessary too. So what if you get old? You don't get a ferrari you can't afford and redline it everywhere, why would you do that with your hormones? Accept your place in existence perfected by nature by accepting your natty hormones

Anything else is cope fueled by delusion and mental illness/suffering

I found a combination of supps that worked really well for me. Osteo Bi-Flex (glucosamine), Turmeric, and Fish Oil/Omega-3's. Joints feel a lot better at age 43 than at age 33 (and I still lift pretty heavy).

Y'all should be taking Krill Oil instead of fish oil.

Krill has a similar DHA and EPA profile and benefits joint health but unlike fish oil, it is in phospholipid form and therefore far more bioavailable than Fish Oil.

Furthermore, Fish Oil has a high oxidation problem and oxidation erodes the nutrients and turns them toxic to your health.

Finally, with fish oil there are other complications on whether it is wild vs farmed vs factory ethyl esters. You can skip all that noise with Krill Oil.
