Is 5'11 180 the natty in general? No. Could it be for you? Definitely, so don't let retards try to make you feel bad about it OP.

When EOD used to post for example, miscers would chit on his physique all the time but I think where he was at was the natty limit for him.

Growth isn't linear you retards, you can't just keep improving by 1% every week and so on. If you could just add 5lbs to a lift every week, you'd be at 1048x3 like TheAdlerian.
Most people who lift won't ever put in the work to get even remotely near their natty limit.

Unless you're some kind of NFL BBC specimen, your body doesn't want you to be lean and muscular at the same time, that's what limiting most people, not lack of effort.
How many people actually go hard in the gym, eat properly and sleep 8+ hours per night?

Very, very few.

I was 5'11 195lbs and considerably leaner than that at my peak (ignore avi)

Everyone has a different limit, but i have a hunch you can get bigger than that

most ppl don't attune their entire lives to the gym

they're just trying to reach the bulk of their possible gains

Idk if routine really even matters. I just do a bro split, 3-4 exercises per muscle group. For each exercise I have 1 top set (0-1 reps from failure) and 3 back off sets (to failure)

If I feel strong the next training sesh, I’ll add weight. If not I’ll just stick to what I did the last week

Seems to be working well for me

Could be your natty limit op. You can boost by trying creatine and some herbal test boosting supps like tongkat ali or just get on the non legal stuff to push further. If you cut around 10lb and get a tan you'll have a nice beach bod for summer

You just need to lose some fat. I'd recommend keto for a week or 2. It'll start melting off in a couple days. You'll notice and keep it up. Intermittent fasting once you get there.

For Day to day living most likely. You could be a tad leaner or slightly bigger (but puffier).

It's very hard to stay lean/jacked year round when you have a full time job and other commitments

I can bench 225 for 4x that and I'm aiming for 6x that

Just vary rep ranges and apply progressive overload.

focus and fix your weaknesses
