Day 1 is Almost in the books had two cigarettes in the last 12; hours.
Ran out earlier. Did not buy a pack today. Quiting smoking has been the most difficult out of everything. But after the first day should get easier

There's no point in counting the days, probably better to just remove it completely from your thoughts gradually over time

At this point just trying to find mental tricks to motivate. I known that sounds pathetic. Having to do that but I've quit some very bad habits before and in all honesty they were not very hard to stop but cigarettes. Wow. Started smoking at 37/38. ; Can only imagine these ppl that have been smoking since they were 12/13/14.; It's. Rough.

You got this. Its just a couple days of being uncomfortable.
Thats really all it boils down to. Suck it up and when you get the urge, just do something to take your mind off of it. It will pass in a few minutes.
Now take the money you would have spent of smokes and set it aside. Watch how it builds up. Its like a free mini savings account.
