Last time I went was like 2016ish when I built my 1080ti / 3700x micro pc

I'd love to go more but meh so far

Funny enough I'm in new jersey and the microcenter is in Patterson which is one of the most ghetto areas in the state

We had a similar build. In 2016 I owned the i6500 CPU and R9 380X GPU, but upgraded in 2019 to the 1700 CPU and Vega 64 GPU. Now I'm on a 7800X3D and let me tell you boyo all of my stutters in Warzone have DISAPPEARED. Dedfknsrs. My Vega 64 is still going hard and I am thankful cuz this was a needed upgrade.

I think you could shop for a GPU on Newegg perhaps when the Super 4000 series release and prices drop across the board. Your CPU is fine but if youreallywant you can upgrade that as well to a 3D V-Cache 5000 series to stay on AM4 or the newer 7000 series for AM5.

I upgraded since then, I enjoy building so I upgrade more frequently then I need to, I always pass my old stuff to my gf so she can use it.

Current is 59050x and 3080ti I built like a little over a year ago I think. This was when parts were hard to get from covid crap so I ordered a pre built thru nzxt then just dismantled it and rebuilt it into a new case and added rgb fans and what not

I remember getting a 3080 during covid and thinking that I could have doubled my money in an hour because of the shortage. The prices were absurd, I got mine at MSRP from EVGA by signing up on a stupid at the time list... I sold my water cooled 2080 for $100 less than the 3080 cost me
