I probably had it but never had symptoms, buddy (mud blood) of mine was clobbered by it for months though, he did high dose of zinc, D3, turmeric, fish oil and went strictly meat and vegetables and nothing else for a couple months before finally getting back on track with his lung capacity.

I’ve read a few cases of people doing similar things to recover, may be worth looking into

I have had it twice the OG version and the 2022 version

First time I was sick 3-4 days, and second time 3-4. My smell was fukd up the first go around for like 4 months. I could smell but any sewer or fart smelled like cilantro lol.

It wasn’t too bad at all.

Mono was WAY worse. 3 weeks thinking I had AIDS sweating spitting up blood from my tonsels bleeding.

What’s with Americans & their weird placebo side effects??

In Norway we feel covid for days then move on.
Since like 2 years ago we stopped testing for it. Who cares? Its a flu. Covid or regular One makes no difference.

Your grandma's an anecdote--many people that age who contracted it, statistically speaking, were toast.

“mUh StAtIsTiCs”. People never lie about numbers…….ever.

If you’re weaker than a 94 year old woman than you should be eliminated from the gene pool tbh. Sucks to suck, but you got duped and have to live with that reality. It is what it is.

Oh really, I somehow doubt you would adopt that type of skeptical approach when it comes to black crime stats, for example (and neither would I).

At any rate, I had it once, and it was mild symptoms for 3-4 days, I was referring to the stats on people in their 80s and 90s who contracted it.

I mean it’s already been established that the Covid numbers were over inflated bs, but if you want to believe them & believe you made the right decision taking a rushed highly politicised “vaccine” then go for gold.

I’m just here to laugh at the cope.

And once again, OP got the current, weakest strain and thought he was gonna die???

Also, with so many of you miscers, are you going to take a test every time you get the sniffles for the rest of your life?

I'm not saying you should have if it wasn't necessary for you. However, there are no legitimate studies showing an association between it and any of the ailments that some posters like to claim with no evidence.

Hope you get to feeling better soon. Sorry to read about the long COVID symptoms.

I've had COVID twice. Both experiences were similar. The worst of the symptoms lasted maybe 3 days. After that i had a cough that could be bad at times.

Damn that sucks OP. You are the first person I've heard of that got fcked up from Covid.
When I got it I was almost asymptomatic. Was maybe a little more tired than usual for about 3 days. It was a joke.

Hope you feel better soon.

Covid is serious guys. GET YOUR BOOSTERS. I'm sorry you feel this way OP but you had a choice and this is the result.

OP may never be able to WALK right again after this
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

the only symptons I had was a weird eyeball headache, and lat pain... even though I didn't do no pull ups that week.

no cough, no lung issues at all. Didn't lose my taste or smell, either.

I don't remember there being a "recovery" period... I was still mountain biking during my headache and lat pain. So I guess I had negative 1 week recovery time?

no jabs CREW.

Because Americans are brainwashed by big pharma to believe all the bullchit MSM pushes (sponsored by pfizer)

the USA is the only 1st world country where it's LEGAL to advertise prescription medicine through media.... It's the vast majority of advertising in the USA.

^^^ + New Zealand

OP you need to do consistent cardio every other day till you get better, weights 3x per week at least, the supplement list to detox is pretty big:

-Curcumin
-NAC
-Vit D
-Black Seed Oil
-Intermittent Fasting/Fasting
-Fasted cardio
-Vitamins A thru Zinc
-Celtic Salt
-Cayenne Pepper
-Olive oil
-Coconut oil
-Cloves
-Beef liver
-Sauna/Steam room
-Glutathione (injectable is best)
-Resveratrol (same)
-TUDCA

Drink
- 8oz Distilled / purified water (warmed up)
- 0.5g - 1g Celtic Salt / Himalayan Salt
- 1/2oz - 1oz fresh squeezed lime juice
- tsp of coconut oil
- Dash of cayenne pepper

Stir till everything is dissolved/mixed and chug

That's just a few of the things on that list, there's more to do..Start researching and take care of your health

Drink that drink in the morning fasted with some black seed oil, curcumin, fish oil and vitamin D then go do 30 minutes of intense cardio fasted (i like hill climbs or stair master)

there are large differences in outcomes even within groups that have the same age, same general health status, same medical history, etc.

that is because of genetics and epigenetics. more specificallyHLA haplotypes, which are part of your MHC system in your body and very relevant when it comes to recognizing foreign invaders.

for example here is one study that found the HLA-A*68 allele was associated with 60% reduced severity:https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8982524/

some researchers last year were looking into this in the USA and found a specific haplotype which was associated with almost 10x higher odds of being completely asymptomatic. they believed that the reason for this was that this haplotype led to the MHC being extremely extremely sensitive to coronavirus spike proteins, meaning pretty much anyone with this haplotype already had an immune system primed to respond very quickly to any coronavirus. I am paraphrasing but that was the gist of it.

a lot of misc is too stupid to understand this, they think "my grandma was fine so it's not a big deal" not realizing that their grandma might have just happened to be A*68 but their 35 year old running buddy might be A*11 and get clapped into another dimension by the virus.

HLA haplotypes even influence your response to the vaccine in terms of creating memory cells.
