Keep reading Jew bro.

It’s been debunked. Period. Accept it or not.

Also you still can’t accept that even with 2024 technology NOBODY CAN REPRODUCE THE IMAGE WITH THE SAME PROPERTIES AND DETAIL.

But you think some bloke from MEDIEVAL times “forged” it? With perfect accuracy and precision? With spot on crucifixion marks I.e. nail makes from the wrist and not hands? and whip marks? Crown of thorns marks? Dried blood? With AB+ which has been associated with Jesus? When only 3% of the world as AB+? The fact that the forger allegedly “painted” a NEGATIVE image on the linen? When photography wasn’t even invented then? I can go on and on. You think a medieval incel understood the concept of photo negativity?

Simply put you’re a ****ing idiot potato to think it was “forged”. With no paint no brush strokes no dye etc. etc etc. there’s way more evidence I’m on mobile so idc to post.

All the “debunks” are just Jew propaganda

Potatoes gonna potato.

Blind gonna blind.

But you're 100% right.

The shroud of turin is like the most studied artifact in the world. They've been studying it for over a century, have schools dedicated to it, and in 2024 there is still no explanation to how the image was imprinted. They've tried to recreate it but have failed miserably.

It is essentially supernatural/miraculous.

Just the fact people think a medieval person "forged it" is hilarious. We will probably never come to a 100% conclusion of its authenticity, but it's crazy how people just disregard it. If it's proven to be 100% authentic all non christian religions will crumble. Not sure what the ramifications of that would be. So perhaps its meant to never be fully confirmed and will always require faith/belief. But the evidence is overwhelming.

I’ve been going down the Shroud of Turin rabbit hole all weekend.

I have no idea if it’s an authentic artifact belonging to Jesus Christ, but I am absolutely fascinated by the mystery surrounding it.

This guy did a fantastic video analyzing the evidence surrounding the shroud. Nothing but objective facts. Worth a watch if you have 40 minutes.

My biggest problem with the shroud is not the carbon dating. I’m of the mind that testing was in fact flawed as later examinations found restitching and the condition of the materials were compared against similar cloths from the 1st century. I just don’t understand how the Shroud of Turin suddenly appeared in France a millennia after Christ’s crucifixion. Shouldn’t there be recorded history pre-dating the crusades?

That being said, I still get chills when I look at the image. The fact that all of the wounds match precisely with what is described to have happened to Jesus in the gospels and that testing has concluded it is authentic blood of a crucified man is chilling… makes you think.

it's a reasonable question and contemplation and there are different ways of looking at it....one is your way....and the other way is suffering as a kind of holy experience, the path to Christ though "the cross".....which doesn't lessen the suffering and mean that it doesn't suck....but sometimes one can find some meaning in it......again I do not mean to suggest that suffering is in anyway a desired experience and certainly there are some kinds of suffering which really challenge one's faith.

I won't say that my experience is better/worse than any other person's suffering, I have suffered the battle with advanced stage cancer and very aggressive treatments, it has caused me a lot of misery, yet it has also been a kind of odd blessing in how it has influenced my own evolution....but again, I know there are kinds of suffering which I can understand would cause people to question God......

so I would encourage you to contemplation and study the subject of suffering, read about the lives of the Holy Saints and you will observe that many of them suffered a great deal and it is that suffering which also inspired them.......and you can read in Buddhism good wisdom concerning suffering.....

for many, they will not really grasp this until it is their turn to carry the cross and try to find some meaning and possible inspiration in it....and still it can be challenging because I can't imagine the horrors that some will experience in life and so I don't wish to imply that suffering is not a terrible thing, and is why we should endeavor to practice the "love thy neighbor" rule because we can't know what others are going through

One of the original researchers who examined the shroud in 1978 believes it is authentic.

He is not a Christian with an agenda, but rather a secular Jew. He says the carbon dating was improperly done and nobody could explain how the image of a man appeared. 70 lasers couldn’t replicate it with modern technology.

I think I lean 60/40 it being a hoax or someone other than Jesus, but I’m moving more towards the side of belief. Also, I want to be leaf.

Another fascinating deep dive into the history of the shroud. There is some evidence to suggest it does in fact go back to antiquity. This guy makes an argument using documented history that the traditional image of Jesus (long hair/beard) was influenced by artists who held the shroud in Antioch.

Of course it does, brah.
Romans 11 (Just read this whole chapter really. It's amazing)

7What then? Israel hath not obtained that which he seeketh for; but the election hath obtained it, and the rest were blinded.

8 (According as it is written, God hath given them the spirit of slumber, eyes that they should not see, and ears that they should not hear) unto this day.

9 And David saith, Let their table be made a snare, and a trap, and a stumblingblock, and a recompence unto them:

10 Let their eyes be darkened, that they may not see, and bow down their back alway.

11I say then, Have they stumbled that they should fall? God forbid: but rather through their fall salvation is come unto the Gentiles, for to provoke them to jealousy.

12 Now if the fall of them be the riches of the world, and the diminishing of them the riches of the Gentiles; how much more their fulness?
Matthew 21

33 Hear another parable: There was a certain householder, which planted a vineyard, and hedged it round about, and digged a winepress in it, and built a tower, and let it out to husbandmen, and went into a far country:

34 And when the time of the fruit drew near, he sent his servants to the husbandmen, that they might receive the fruits of it.

35 And the husbandmen took his servants, and beat one, and killed another, and stoned another.

36 Again, he sent other servants more than the first: and they did unto them likewise.

37 But last of all he sent unto them his son, saying, They will reverence my son.

38 But when the husbandmen saw the son, they said among themselves, This is the heir; come, let us kill him, and let us seize on his inheritance.

39 And they caught him, and cast him out of the vineyard, and slew him.

40 When the lord therefore of the vineyard cometh, what will he do unto those husbandmen?

41 They say unto him, He will miserably destroy those wicked men,and will let out his vineyard unto other husbandmen, which shall render him the fruits in their seasons.

42 Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes?

43 Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof.

44 And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.

45 And when the chief priests and Pharisees had heard his parables, they perceived that he spake of them.

46 But when they sought to lay hands on him, they feared the multitude, because they took him for a prophet.
Matthew 23
37 O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!

38 Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.

39 For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.

Brand new study today dates Shroud of Turin to 2,000 years ago (srs). There had previously been speculation that it was a medieval hoax due to radiocarbon dating tracing the cloth to the 1300s, however Italian researchers conducted new experiments using X-ray, measuring temperature and humidity to trace it to the 1st century. Pollen from plants native to Jerusalem was also found on the cloth.
