As a 15 year Airbus pilot i can say that me nor none of my colleagues ever feel safe flying a Boing. In the industry theres a phrase 'if its a boing are you sure you want to be going?'
The yolk on a plane is a fundamentally flawed design, Airbusses joystick is a much safer and ergonomic design allowing the pilot to grasp it firmly and take control.

Air france 447 crashed into the sea because of how flawed the airbus joystick system was because one of the pilots had no clue the other one was pulling back and stalling the plane the whole time because the joysticks are not connected like the yolks. Plus you can only hold the joysticks one handed not 2 handed like a yolk. You dont sound like an airbus pilot.
