Not true-at least not in the UK, we used to find discarded porno mags in hedges we were walking past on the way to school in the late 1980's. Every day on page 3 of various tabloids there was a picture of a topless woman-some of them 16 like Sam Fox as that was legal back then, nudity was pretty normal to see on television back then-most sitcoms had page 3 topless girls on the walls, even the Argos catalogues used to have nude women advertising showers-where you could see side nipple & their wet asses etc.
