What's your night routine?

I've eaten so much today that I'm just gonna float on my bed without preparing for tomorrow

Hoping not to wake in a sea of red because I'm too lazy to sell my gains.

Misc night routine:
- sex with 10/10,
- sex with another 10/10 and her 9/10 friend an hour later
- check robinhood and see 50 million in bitcoin gainz
- shower with all 3 HBBs
- sip on Ardbeg 25 year old $2000 scotch
- bench 500 lbs a few times
- check Ferrari in garage to make sure lights are off
- play with pet tiger
- go to sleep with those 3 HBBs

I turn the fan on. I have to have a fan on to sleep. An adult night light, I know.

Occasionally slap on some chap stick (because of the fan)

Get lost in an idea to dream about and dream about it.

I can control my dreams, srs. I will pick a story before going to sleep and think hard about it, putting myself there. I fall asleep as I tell the story in my mind and then dream it but can control it. I can fly, be invincible, etc..

Buy. Accidentally bought it one day when shopping for raw milk, no mariomiami, and didn't want it to go to waste and researched the benefits of it. Usually go for the raw farms brand with the added turmeric/cinnamon/ginger. taste really grew on me after a while. Only thing unusual I make at home is my bread (sourdough on the weekends/honey white bread during the week when I just want something quick) and occasionally I'll do homemade tortillas as well since my coworker bought me a tortilla press

- Clean dishes + vacuum, do washing or whatever needs to be done
- Get work clothes ready for next day
- Laptop in bed watching Netflix for a bit
- Stare into darkness for an hour over analysing every miniscule thing that could possibly go wrong the next day and convince myself that every worst case scenario is likely to happen which will most likely keep me up for ages and drastically impact my sleep.

Rinse and repeat.

kefir is the best, you don't need to add all those toxic spices too it.

tried raw honey or honeycolmb with it? taste amazing. or just simply add fruit.

i personally love the taste of it plain.

Fan is valid especially entering warmer months. Nothing wrong with a night light. Never heard of chap stick before bed though lol that's a new one. I generally can't control what dreams I enter, but I eventually tend to know it's a dream if it goes on long enough. Sleep well brah.

Fuark now I need to try this cinnamon kefir. I usually get the strawberry one and it's decent and definitely an acquired taste, but fuark is it sour. Which I'm okay with.. benefits are good over the weeks. ugh, gotta go buy some more. Sourdough bread sounds insanely versatile in the morning. Mirin baking skills. Keep it up brah.

Whatever your routine do it exactly the same way and after 90 days it becomes automatic.
