This. I've done no-caffeine and caffeine. The boosts in mental and physical function just outweigh any negatives. Don't think I'll ever step away from my morning cuppa.

I cringe that people require coffee to stay awake

Never drink coffee, tried it like 5 times in my life.

I have insomnia as it is so I don’t need anything to exacerbate it
