What 3 items would make up for your perfect protein shake?

Excluding the protein powder or weight gain powder or any other supplements.

My ideal would be:

Milk
Peanut Butter
Ice Cream

nothing.
tastes better than water for sure.

but if you are cutting, milk has a poor cal to prot ratio vs prot powder.

better to just go with water and an extra scoop if you need the prot. less cals.

i also like PB2 in my chocolate prot. shakes.
blueberries in my vanilla shakes.
both made with water.
