This idiot was warned this would happen when he flooded his first floor and went to bed, in Texas.

If there is black mold he is completely screwed. If he tries to file a claim he is completely screwed. Any adjuster is going to find that the mold is "gradual" and not sudden, and the videos he has posted show his negligence in not trying to remediate the damage.

I swear this idiot needs a manual on how to live in the modern world.
