I’m pretty sure it’s near impossible to have bigger posterior delts than anterior delts.

No sir. I have overdeveloped front delts from benching with ass form when I started lifting.

when i was blasting gear my rear delts were always dominant

anytime i'd have pump in them they'd look mutant

Some dude at my gym said
"dont take offense to this, you have great front and side delts but you should work on your rear delts to pull everything together" and he gave me some exercises for them

I had fukkin 235 on the bench for a warmup the other day and some old ph@g asked if I needed a spot. I almost cried. Like I don't even look like I can bench 235. Over for me.
