Do Dem politicians even fukking like her?? Answer is a hard no.big tech collusion, srs. they are trying to change public perception.
I don't think it matters who the president is if we're talking democrats, they just need a face to put out there at this point. whatever agenda they have, it will go through if they win regardless if it's kamala or someone actually intelligent.

if our clown society wants to elect a clown, then clownworld is what they'll get.

Whenever people point out Japan, this is usually the argument given as to why it could never happen in other countries.

NVDA is breaking a key level threatening a resumption of the bull trend but I don't believe them lol.
I'm starting to waffle on the prediction that CPI will likely move the market higher lol.
Higher PPI, lower CPI and lower retail sales would be a bad combination lol.
This week can go many ways.
GL everyone <3.

Trying not to be mad about a 2.5x gain on my payo warrants this morning lol. I really was expecting a 10x gain by next summer though. They announced a buyback at $0.78 today. Hope y’all were buying between 0.2-0.25 like I’ve been preaching the last couple months.
I guess I’ll either just have to buy more shares or perhaps wait till IV calms down and buy long dated calls. This is great for the shareholders and the company as warrants are accounted as liabilities so when warrant values go up so do liabilities on the books.

In for daily WBA 52 week low
I think Abzu was probably right they could easily hit $7 or $8 if literally any more bad news comes out lmao. Once it dips into single digits I bet you could easily make $$ on somewhat deep OTM calls for late 2025 or 2026. I imagine they’ll manage to get their boots group sold. They’ve basically written village MD down to nothing so if they get some value from them in the future they’d be in an ok place. I’m trying to wait on calls until they suspend or substantially reduce the dividend as that will probably be the last straw for many retail holders and knowing they’ll save $800m a year not paying or paying significantly less would be a massive savings going forward.

I am quite annoyed that ZIM is being pegged down before earnings next Monday. Earnings are bullish as phuck and my $20 calls I've been holding for a month might expire worthless.

Is it me or is daytrading getting more difficult with increasing number of robots, high frequency trading bots, and better day trading education? I’m noticing that more daytraders are starting to switch to longer time frames and even getting away from some popular stocks to avoid trading against the machines and educated public, for example, this morning, if you were daytrading Nvidia starting with that premarket breakout, if you’re using one or two minute Chart, you’re going to be taken out of your position repeatedly, it’s only when you go to the three minute chart is when Macd will keep you in the trade.
I heard some traders already talk about this before, big institutions are developing algorithms that deliberately take advantage of one minute golden cross and death crosses, to continuously get people to jump in and out which earns fees for the broker, but also prevents successful trading runs.
A number of people who used to be that one percent who successfully daytraded in the past are abandoning it all together these days and using a 15 minute chart and going to 6 to 8 week swing trading instead.

Also noticed today the nice upward line this year has been for my trading
. The only big move I messed up was the NYCB puts I had which all expired worthless. What is so frustrating about that is reading their most recent earnings report how they lied about their guidance for the entire rest of the year and going forward. If they would have been truthful about expectations I probably would have printed big on the outs I had but such is life. Probably shouldn’t have bought like 500 very short term puts lmfao. I’m just surprised there weren’t lawsuits stemming from it.Fitness connoisseur

I think I will lose day trading because I don't think I can maintain that focus that consistently and because I don't want to work that hard or contemplate suicide lol.
Whenever I bring new traders into the fold, they most often want to make money everyday lol I tell them consistency is more important, don't be a thief.
They are very often lazy though, they want quick money, on demand, everyday and they are devastated by short-term losses lol.
I always say, do the work and be patient, if you weren't doing this then you would be making much slower money lol.
Even if you have the skills to day trade, it should not be your only technique lol, you need proficiency in all areas.

Agreed about targets if it doesn't make a new top, I was hoping for ~16 last week, ~12 is about the mid target
Appreciate your insight.

If I was day trading I would use structure and momentum.
100% never make a play from one indicator.
I become a day trader most often when I have an option expiring that week then I will use short time frames.
The GC.DC is also a lagging indicator.

^^^ to clarify, Obviously I, and everyone else who is doing it properly and profitably, daytrade using multiple indicators. Just some that come to mind when considering a trade:
1- general market movement/trend
2- multiple time frame confirmation
3- rsi
4- macd
5- candle pattern
6- level 2
7- increasing volume due to market open or news
8- familiarity with a specific stock
9- capitulation
10- support/resistance
11- bouncing off various ema
12- vwap
13- using a bot/scanner for ideas that you can then confirm or deny with your own opinion before taking a trade
Etc.
so of course we don’t trade off macd alone. I was simply making an observation from what I noticed and I heard several traders mention. In short, increased volatility, often created on purpose by algos, shake people off, similarly to how btc is currently manipulated to shake off leveraged retards over and over, the mechanism is different, but the idea is the same: shake off the retail and any other competition.

There is extreme pocket lining going on, executives paying themselves a ton of money, while screwing the investor, this keeps a lot of smart retail out of pltr. And you know how Wall Street is, you can tell them any story you want, such as Tesla or pltr or some other amazing story, they don’t give a ****, they want to see numbers.
Edit:
Took a look, it looks very frothy, after a big run-up and the breakout, personally I wouldn’t be buying here, the local swinging low is at about $27, I would definitely be selling cash secure puts at $27 and stuff like that, but at the current price All the candles are so far above all the EMA’s that you’re just begging for mean reversion, when things fly too high like that, they always come down to reality, classically trained trader would be selling covered calls at the money on half of their position today, And certainly not buying,
but if you’re doing DCA then yeah you can buy one share per day, after all there is a golden cross on the daily, one can always find justification for that by saying something like: your adding to your winners, etc.
I don’t see this as an obvious buy or an obvious sell at this point, anything is possible, but like I said, I don’t see $40 short term, Long-term it’s possible.
Out of NVDA daytrade, that was a nice pump, very typical. Beach time!

NVDA is moving lol it's breaking that key level I was talking about yesterday but it's not out of the woods yet.

If you are at 100% probability for 3 rate cuts through the end of the year then you can only go one way from here lol.
Generally nothing should be priced at 100% probability as that would imply the future can be predicted with certainty. This is similar to a stock that has ran up in a way where it has been bought by 100% of people and can then directionally move in only one way. It would be like shorting a blue-chip stock that is already 80% down.
I still don't think this is over, you have major stocks that still need to clear key levels to return to bullish, NVDA needs to stay above ~117 then clear ~120 today and you can see that it's a fight on that level right now lol.
Even if NVDA clears 120 it won't be in the clear but it would be a lot closer to turning bullish imo.
AAPL needs to cross even higher levels but they could do that off of a GREAT earnings report.
I have a lot of calls expiring in Septembear and October so I'm with you there lol.
Good luck <3.
I believe in you <3(srs).

You don't have to go out far in time to turn a day trade into a swing trade.
I just made 500% from one of my BROS options expiring 8/16.

Fuark. Should I sell my ZIM calls? I have 4x $20C for this Friday, cost me $100 each. Stock is just getting pinned.
Thinking to sell at a loss and use the proceeds to buy the same calls two weeks out. Earnings next Monday..
