GOAT easy to prep meal
1kg (2.2 freedom units) lean beef (rump steak, topside/top round etc) - buy a little more if there is some fat to trim off so you have as close to 1kg as possible
1 can Chipotle Chilis in Adobo Sauce
Cut beef into smallish cubes (roughly 1")
Throw in slow cooker with can of chipotle
Cook on high for 4 hours
Either smash up the beef and have pulled beef, otherwise leave as chunks
Pack as roughly 225 lots - roughly 200g beef per serve, around between 45-50g protein and maybe 10g or less fat depending on how well you trim it
Anyone who doesn't include lean red meat in a cut - let alone a bulk - is a limp wristed phaggot who isn't worth talking to
Beats the shit out of g0yslop pizzas or trying to cook eggs 700 different ways then only eating 3 of the fucking things per day for less than 20g total protein
