What time do you eat breakfast?

I personally skip this **** slop meal because it's unnecessary. I dont eat until 11 or 12 and it's usually chicken and vegetables or something light for lunch

Nobody skips breakfast. Whatever your first meal is of the day is when you break your fast, so that’s your breakfast technically.

Unless, you consume like coffee with cream/sugar/milk or a snack before having a full meal.

I eat Burger King sausage patty for breakfast. I order the tatter tots but don’t eat them as I’m on keto. I hope they put ketchup in the bag.

The first half of my day I spend drinking sparkling water and black coffee and listen to Andrew Tate motivational videos.

1000 push ups completed.

At 12pm I’ll have steak and eggs and throw on a Justin Waller podcast.

I always try to have a little something within 1 hour of waking up, so 6-8 a.m. I'll make oatmeal/farina, banana milkshake, or fry/boil eggs.

I typically eat my first meal after noon, sometimes I wake up and eat right away, I dont really follow any kind of eating plan ATM.

I stopped skipping breakfast because I’d get light headed at work. Now I usually eat something light in the morning around 8am like a cup of Greek yogurt and a banana or a protein bar.

Usually around 6am. Eggs, fruit, granola. I get up at 4am, train fasted, then eat immediately after.

I've got some bad news for you bro, I know you're trying to be a smart ass with this comment but in order for you to be in fasted state, the "technical" requirement is to not have eaten anything for a minimum of 12 hours. My last meal is usually 11 pm before I go to bed, therefore anything in the morning I ate wouldn't be "breakfast" by your dumbass logic.

As a result, breakfast is not your first meal of the day technically speaking. Many people don't even qualify for breakfast by that definition.
