From what I can tell you from what I'm personally seeing. Those useless types tend to be DEI types and get to keep their jobs because the quotas still need to be met. It's the productive people who get the work done who are getting cut, LOL.

This is what I don't get. Who the fuck are they pandering to? Shareholders for instance only care about ROE. Obviously DEI hires only decrease ROE.

To be fair, I live near DC.

A lot of companies are government contractors and once a company is a certain size and takes federal money, it's literally required by law for them to meet quotas so they have no choice but to keep at least the quota amount of DEI hires.

Sure. But I've gotta say it's a stupid retarded law. Bias and discrimination happens everywhere. To pretend it doesn't with retarded quotas in government roles is just spastic quite frankly.

I mean it's like oh you can't you be racist but can certainly hate on someone for another characteristic. There's fundamentally no difference whether you hate on someone for their race, the annoying snakey way they speak, because you're jealous of their delicious physique (due to you being too fucking lazy to get into the gym to do a bit of work 3 times a week) or whatever. It's hatred at the end of the day.
