5'7"-5'8" is perfect for me. Makes me respect my mate instead of them feeling like my pet. Dated a girl that was 5'0" and I just couldn't take her seriously.

I always thought the father predominantly influenced the height gene, at least for the son. That's why they always say look how tall you're father is to get an estimate, give or take an inch or two.

No for the son its the mother's height that determines it.
