How old are you now? And at what age was it where you started feeling this way? I'm 32 right now and am still reasonably sure I can pull girls down to like 23ish, but the well has been running dryer than usual in the last year. I can pass for 20s still and am in good shape, but I know theres going to be a dropoff coming up in the next couple years. At the same time though, I'm not really looking to settle down for a few years still.

Having Kids, living life too fast like drinking and partying too much, working full time while not doing anything meaningful on the side, eating chit foods, etc will age individuals badly.
At 21 before I turned 22, I was having anxietyof getting old. It’s something one must except, yet there are ways of preserving the self. For example:
Eating healthy
Always wanting to learn to keep ideas fresh
Being energetic
Taking cold showers
Working out often
Smiling more

Most people peak in high school/college because life gets harder after that and they are too weak to keep up with the pace. You see these losers on the misc crying about it all the time. The best thing one can do is focus on building the self and preserving their youth by any means necessary.

I’ve fought it tooth and nail and managed to look good until now, but I’m finally seeing the wall now. Tapped some sloots up until 36 that were early 20’s, but now it’s more and more difficult and seeing babes everywhere. Potentially more frustrating than being 22 and incel.

There’s always Latin America and Asia game but they won’t really love you, it’s money game.

Either way, I’ve had some prime when I was a teen and marriage is potentially even worse. Same woman that falls apart, starts craving Chad’s during a midlife crisis and you lose everything.

Pros and cons.

I hear ya. Im 28 and feel physically and mentally best I've ever felt in my life.
Ive looked after myself and no kids yet so that helps. I have a friend my age with 3 kids and he's legit starting to get grey hairs already
